There was a free checkup at our Apartment today and I have got tested for Sugar in my body. The result came out and I have 101 mg/dL on FASTING. The normal range mentioned was 70-100 mg/dL. Is it a concern? I am MALE, 40 years What should be my immediate plan of action?
