Sugar levels after diabetes medication

My mother in law has been on diabetes and bp medication since almost 10 years. Her current blood sugar levels are 175 fasting 213 pp. Her hb1ac is 9.9% Please note that she is already taking diabetes medication, these readings are along with medicines. Are these too high

Sugars are on a higher side Unless there is a change in diet or has any infection (hidden), the medication needs to be uptitrated.

check --> CBC , URINE ROUTINE MICROSCOPY,  X RAY CHEST PA VIEW

HbA1C 9.9 % indicates that her blood sugars in previous 3 months have been very high . The current medications she is on needs to be reassessed and modification of the medications may be needed.

Yes it is high only.Apart from medications she must maintain timely food & proper quality and quantity + regular physical activity/ manage stress all are important. Even following everything then her blood sugar is on the higher side we have to change or adjust medications…
