My blood sugar level fasting is showing 108 and post meal is 160. Should I be worried? Is it a sign of diabetes?

Your fasting sugar level is normal but your post meal level is in the prediabetic range. Would like to know your height and weight. You have to get a blood test done . It’s called HbA1C. Once you get the test done, you can consult us for further management

Sugar readings suggest Prediabetes... For better understanding if glycemic status get HbA1c also.. Get endocrinologist consult for further discussion about treatment plan..!!
