Hello doctor, my fasting sugar 114, post meal is 158 and hba1c is 6.8. today i did the home check 1 hours after meal it was 209 and after 2 hours it was 180. Am I diabetic or not? Please suggest.

Your fasting and pp is in prediabetic range and hba1c is in diabetic range
Next Steps
Ideally u need to do 75gm OGTT if it's in diabetic range then diabetes is confirmed.
