I am suffering from sugar my sugar was before 7 days fasting 194 and pp was 306 i am walking daily 30 mintue im am taking medicine glycomet-2 at break fast and glycomet -1 am metformin -500 at dinner from last 5 days on today my fasting sugar is 178
