Suffering with fever
From yesterday night suffering with fever, body pains and head ache. Had paracitimal today morning. Still feeling fever and head ache.

Your symptoms are suggestive of viral fever. General advice would be to take plenty of oral fluids, Tab paracetamol 500mg thrice daily.
You should also get it investigated .. complete blood count, dengue NS1 antigen, malaria antigen test.

As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol+ Aceclofenac combination thrice a day after food for 2 days.
