I have acne from 4 years. It was mild but then it started with large cystis under the skin. Right now I am on isotretinoin 10mg. Can I use tretinoin 0.025% cream ?

Don't self treat. This is dangerous behaviour. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Hello dear. Tretinoin can help but if you apply on already dry and pustular skin, it can cause severe burning as well.
