Suffering from UTI

Hlo doc..I am suffering from UTI since one month..burning sensation while passing urine and sometimes its pain after urination..I tried drinking plenty of water and cranberry juice..but it's not getting well.. What should i do..?

It need detail evaluation. If urine r/m and culture will show any infection then it will be treated accordingly. And if that tests will be normal/sterile than urine for AFB may be required. Bladder diary of 3-5 days required to assess functional bladder capacity. According anticholinergic or Mirabegron may be an option to provide symptomatic relief.
