Suffering from Throat infection

Dear Sir, M Tahseen Shaikh from Pune, Looking for good and effective dr for my mother's Throat infection treatment, She isn't suffering from any other problem but just throat soreness and infection is there, We tried with multiple medications but still she isn't recovering, I need ur help and let me know what we can do for her treatment, we have tried with an X Ray it's normal one of dr gave medicine HYQ 400 but still not effective. She is having BP and Sugar issue. Do help me sir m very much worried. My mother stays in Kondhwa Pune 48 . Hoping for response

Get throat swab test for culture and sensitivity.she is diabetic,look for oral candidiasis
