Suffering from prevent neck pain

I am 23 years old. My MRI report says mild cervical spondylosis and mild disc osteophyte complex at C3-C4 to C5-C6 levels causing minimal ventral thecal sac indentation. Is there anything serious? what are the changes i should do to my lifestyle?

If there is no stone need to worry about it. If you got neck pain have Physio. Do neck muscles strengthening exercises. Consult orthopaedic Doctor.
