Suffering from ocd
Respected sir / mam,
I have been suffering from ocd for the past 8years. I have seeked medical advice from prominent doctors in Safdarjung hospital and moolchand. I have taken luvox, fluvoxamine for years but i was not able to cure myself. It has been 1year i have discontinued my medicines. i have been doing a lot of physical activity playing football. But that is also not helping . These unwanted thoughts have hampered with my performance in every sphere of life . I was a very bright student till class 10th now i am an engineer. I am not able to give my 100% as these unwanted thoughts are uncontrollable and they hampering my studies and everything.Please help me out so that i can get my concentration back and focus on my life.
