My uncle has been diagnosed with jaundice ten days back. He is being undergoing for ayurvedic medicine. Yesterday his report came with bilirubin 18 mg % and sgpt 264 IU/l In his previous report bilirubin was 17 mg% and sgpt was 946 IU/l Please suggest.

18 is very very high BILIRUBIN levels. What is the cause of this. Have you evaluated. Any other tests done. ? And imaging test done. What Treatment you follow is your choice but without correct diagnosis no Treatment can be correct.
