Suffering from Insomnia , Depression

I'm suffering from Insomnia Depression , overthinking, anxiety issue for last 1.5months. I can't sleep at night. I don't get uninterrupted sleep. I'm feeling uneasy as my sleep cycle has been changed. Lack of mental peace as I had some personal life problem. I need to sleep. Kindly help me. I am having a history of acute depression in 2015.

How did you manage the last time you were diagnosed? Medicines or therapy or both? Is there a particular stressor which has led to these symptoms or no? Please consult a Psychiatrist as you have a past history.  Detailed history is needed before starting any form of treatment.

If you have history of depression and also some personal problem, you need to share about the personal things to someone whom you trust and that may help you in a better way to sleep as well. As many a times our life situations makes our life routines too terrible if it’s not resolved or acknowledged.
