1.morning walk or yoga regularly.
2.8 hrs sleep at night.Bed time and rising time must be maintained same every day.
3.Take plenty of vegetables and session fruit and adequate water.
4 .Some multivitamin,Protein supplement good for you.
5.With modern medicine ,homoeopathic medicine prescribed by a Homoeopathic physician can reduce your problems.
6.Meditation.
7.Positive attitude towards life,good social mentality can enhance your mental health.
8.Spend quality time with your family and your friends.
9.Reading good books,listening good music or watching positive movies enhance your positive mind.
10.Make your hobby your passion,work hard for your good dream.
11.Share your thoughts with family and good friends.
