Suffering from headache and feeling low

My heart rate is 44 - 52 in rest mode and blood pressure is 100sys 60dys.. I am suffering from mild headache throughout the day and also feel weak.. I consulted neurologist but he found everything fine in EEG and MRI BRAIN. Now what should I do? Already consulted many doctors but not getting any solution. Should I go for a cardiologist or any other doctor? Please suggest me.. Thanking you
