Suffering from fever n pain in evening

I am suffering through fever from 99c to 100c in evening I have diagnosed with various report in past 3 month apart from fatty liver and low haemoglobin nothing found in last few days I was suffering from urine infection bacteria but that is also ok now. I just want to know why this fever is persisting in me what to do to reduce fatty liver

Fatty liver is mostly controlled by lifestyle modifications ie exercise, healthier eating. However medications can be prescribed for the initial stage
