My son is 2 year old and Suffering from fever from yesterday evening  and temp is around 100°c. 2 times we have given abugesic plus syrup.

What other symptoms does he have? How is he in between the fever spikes? If fever pl give plain paracetamol instead of ibugesic...also keep a temp record and hydrate him well..
