Take lots and lots of fluids take healthy diet like green vegetables avoid oily and spicy food and you can continue with the current medication but if the fever is not getting better than it is high-grade also if you have any breathing difficulty please do consult emergency services and for further guidance please take a proper online consultation. Self isolate or quarantine yourself do not go near your elders and young children
