Hi , my son is suffering from fever from past day with 100.4 we are using fepanil 1 ml for every 4 the hour , still the temperature remains same , even vomited twice after consuming mother milk. Kindly suggest

Looks like viral gastritis. Suggest to continue with fepanil drops. Give oral anti emetics like domperidone or ondem. Maintain child's hydration with plenty of oral fluids. If still not subsiding suggest take to the nearest pediatrician. Regards
