Suffering from ear and throat irritation

Hello!My brother is 32.He is having pain and irritation on his side throat and ear since last 2 months.Tried antibiotics MOX CV 625, Alcipro 500, Vizylac, Ornof, Montare FX, Cobadex Z etc and also nose and ear drops suggested by doctor, still not healing.Please help!
