Having dry Cough for last 3 days.. initially had symptoms of common cold but now it's only dry Cough. Any suggestion abt medicine/syrup for quick relief?

Hello ,you can take (kofarest plus syrup) for cough and do warm saline gargle every 3 hours.

U can take ambroxol syrup 3 times a day and tab. Cpm 2 times a day for 3 days
