Suffering from cold

Hello doctor, I am suffering from cold & cough since 2 days please suggest medicine..I have taken citrizen tablet but no improvement

Continue tab cetrrizine 5mg one morning and one evening. Take tab monteleukast 20mg one daily for 5 days. Tab azithromycin 500mg one daily for 3  days Grilinctus Dx cough syp 5ml every 8 hours. Take steam inhalation,  do hot saline gargles, povidone 2 drops can be added to hot water for gargles in hot water.

Cough type??? Dry , wet Tab montek lc one at night for 3 to 5 days. Synarest two times after breakfast n lunch. 3 days. Dry  girilinctus Wet ambrodil  s 5 ml twice n 10 ml at night for five. No fried junk fast food. No cold things. Plenty  of water n liquid.
