I am suffering from cold from one month. I am unable breath sometimes. Maximum times taking breath with mouth only. After eating food it is very heavy. Before I doesn't have any issues.

A detailed history is needed on what exactly is causing the recurrent cold and nasal blockage . Advised to consult an ENT. Can be allergic origin.

A more detail of symptoms combined with proper history and examination would help diagnose your problem better, since it is troubling you since 1month and I assume you must have already taken some basic medicines for the cold.
