Your back pain might be due to stone or may be muscular as you have not provided how the pain is Any way start drinking lots of water around 3 to 4 litres per day at least You can take pain killers along with rantac to prevent gastritis And wear tight underwear may be 1 inch less than your regular size that helps Inspite of this if you continue have similar complaints please consult your doctor

U neednt worry about the renal stone or varicocele as of now...Its better u do a COLONOSCOPY to rule out the cause of ileocolitis...As the caecum and ascending colon is retroperitoneum even tat could be the cause of back pain...
