I have  fever from 26 th September's evening.but whenever I take paracetamol 650 mg fever is vanished but after the reaction of medicine is over fever once again comes down

Continue taking paracetamol..Keep urself hydrated. Go for blood tests for dengue ns1antigen , MPDA, CBC.
