I have attached two pic...I want right offline or best govt physciatrist in India specially north india Jaipur.  who can diagnose disease which can be cured. Because I am taking medicine from last 10 years but couldn't cure because they directly gives medines without pen paper diagnosis... present I am facing poor concentration,unhappiness from last 10 year,stress on eyes & head...thinking going on ...too much appetite & too much sleep in day & can't focus on study,physical irritation on uper part of body,unbalanced of body mind soul...please provide me right psychiatric offline
