Suddenly getting pores on the skin

Hi, All of a sudden I am getting big and small pores on my face.. I use O3+ face wash and tan remover.. for moisturising, I use cetafil baby lotion. Other than this I dont use any other face products. Could you please suggest why I am getting this much of pores suddenly?

It can be cleared...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
