A sudden pain has erupted in my teeth. Its sensitive to any contact with hot ,sweet or salty thing and causing a lot of pain

hello the issue mentioned by you shows that you have developed sensitive tooth. so to solve this you have two solutions 1. hit and trial solution try using a sensitive tooth paste lets say Colgate pro relief for a month and see the results. if your condition improves then its good. or else 2 go for a metal ceramic or all ceramic crown which will solve your issue instantly.
