I keep getting sudden pain attacks in my right upper abdomen below my rib cage, between my rib cage, lower left abdomen. Also back upper left side. And also I feel like my hands are weak and I can't fall asleep until they're under pressure, so i keep one hand under my head and one under my leg. I also get needle like pain sometimes. I have hep B

Hello there. I can understand your concern. For the pain you need to get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and and management. You can start taking tab.
