I was having running nose and cough from 2days and yesterday night suddenly ear pain started in right side. Pain is unbearable and not able to sleep whole night. Tried cleaning with buds but got nothing

You might have developed acute otitis media.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment.. don't try to clean ear ..it would only aggravate your problems..
