Sudden pain below ribs and dizziness

Hello doctors, while having breakfast my wife felt sudden pain like needle pinch in stomach below left and middle ribs for 5-10 mins, she felt a slight dizziness. After went to washroom for loo, she is feeling better. What is the problem for her? Which speciality I need to take her? What is the remedy for this.
