Asking on behalf of someone. Is sudden light period with brown discharge normal for an unmarried women .. what to do to get a normal periods.. Light period came on a 25 day cycle where the normal cycle for her is 35 days.. Height 165 cm and weight 74 kg.

Reason for less flow during periods could be being overweight lack  of exercise pcos Deranged thyroid and prolactin levels if there is no pregnancy So the patient needs  investigations to find out the reason for the less flow during periods
