Since few days while sleeping there is sudden itching at night in whole body Only at night Any serious issue or due to allergy Wat can I apply

It's scabies. Tab itraconazole 250mg morning and evening after food for 5 days. Permethrin ointment for application over the itching areas. Permisoft soap to be used.

It may be scabies. If there's the same thing happening in your family members or if there are lesions in your web spaces than it is diagnostic. It can be due to other causes as well. Kindly consult a doctor..give proper history with pictures attached.
