Since we have been trying to conceive which is 4 months, my periods have become irregular..last month I had a 48 day cycle, which was my longest so far..I always used to have a 30 to 32 day cycle. I am 31 years old. Doc asked me to do AMH test whose rest was 2.49 She said it's not very good but not very bad either. I am not sure what to do? Should we continue trying on my own or take medical help? My husband's sperm count is normal.
