Sudden Hear loss with Vertigo

On 29th May I suffered sudden excessive sweating with Vertigo, Nausea, Dizziness, vomiting and loose motions. On the same-day I lost hearing sensation from left ear. Now I cannot hear from left ear and only right ear working. Having difficulty in walking as body tendes to imbalance. What should I do now?
