Hi Today all of sudden when I woke up and try to get out of bed I turned towards left I felt a spin everything was moving then after few seconds it stops and I started my daily routine work. Then I took a nap and same thing happened again. I have no other symptoms except a little heavyness in head. . Which specialist to see ? Is this an emergency to seek one ? Like right now I m feeling ok just head is little heavy Google says it is BPPV. I am only 28 yrs old. I dnt want to die :(
