Sudden head/ leg/ hands shakes
I feel sudden shakes on my head, legs and hands especially when I am about to sleep... I really dont know why it happens. The feeling will be similar to electric shock feeling. I took consultation with neurologist ar practo but he said it is normal. But I am feeling this issue from the last 1 month every night. Please throw some thoughts or suggestions on this. I am really feeling tensed..
