Fever requires may be blood test  to ascertain the cause. Get a physician  consultation

There are many conditions which present with fever...considering your history it may be due to upper respiratory tract infection....Avoid common irritants such as cigarette smoke and sudden temperature changes. Drink plenty of water. Use a humidifier. Try nasal saline sprays or rinses...take over the counter medications if no improvements consult nearest physician they will do the needful.
