I was diagnosed with gastritis few months back, my symptom of lower abdomen are also not resolved. But these days i am seeing an increase in sudden fear and loss of control on myself, whenever there is a heaviness in lower abdomen, and it is causing my daily routine disturbed.

If everything else is ruled out medically it can mean some psychiatric issue. Find out what’s causing you that fearfulness and loss of control. If it is happening suddenly with out any reason on a daily basis it could be GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder), or if it occurs in bursts with out a warning could be Panic attack/ disorder. In both these conditions it has gastritis is a side kick.
