Sonetimes while am having sweets and some fried foods i feel dizzy suddenly. It also happen post travelli g by bus or train suddenly inside the mind i get an unknown tension and dizziness starts..it also happens to me while walking in the sun for some disyance. I have seen my blood sugar level its normal.What can be the main issue ? And which specialist shall i consult?? Please help

All that I can suggest is that sweets and fried foods. It will be absurd to tell you to avoid traveling by bus or train or to avoid walking in the sunlight. In fact you have enumerated all the natural activities indulged by any person (except urinating and shitting) which cause you dizziness. Please consult with a General Physician in your area for a physical consultation. He will either treat you or refer to a Psychiatrist.
