Sudden bone pain without fever

Suddenly one fine morning, I'm talking about day before yesterday I started feeling back pain and hips pain. Now after applying voliross, my back pain and pain in the hips area are gone but there is too much pain in my shoulder, arm and entire hand. There is no fever though. I don't know whats wrong, I didn't do any taxing work or anything.
