Sudden blood pressure down
My mother she is 66yrs old yesterday she had a fever and i taken to general physician doctor and he had given paracetamol and Azithromycin and gas tablets for reducing fever symptoms.
(She is a cardiac pateint and CKD and thyroid and hypertension and diabetic patient).
Yesterday night she taken tablets of Azithromycin and paracetamol tablet and slept for 2hrs she woke up and to turn on fan suddenly she fell in to my hand and i checked her blood pressure it's 102/50. And kept her in bed and checking her blood pressure for several times is it control or not
What is main cause for this can you explain

Paracetamol and Azithromycin are not known to cause low BP.As she has BP, CKD, diabetes ,her BP is lower due to inadequate fluids.keep monitoring her bp ,if it's still low, visit to hospital is suggested

First of all BP reading of 102/50 mm Hg is not alarming.
She has been having fever for a few days. Her fluid and food intake might not have been adequate. She has a number of Medical diseases. She has taken Azithromycin and Paracetamol tablets. Any one of these factors could have caused giddiness.
She should be hospitalized for a few days and the complete health package should be done . Treatment will be according to the investigations.
