Sudden air like pressure

Hello doctor I have sudden jerk and air like pressure coming upwards to throat from my chest sometimes and while I eat what is the cause? Also I have anxiety is this anything serious?

Avoid having meals late night or mid-night snacks (if you are used to ). Take light snacks every 2 hourly during daytime. Drink plenty of water. Keep a check on any recent changes in weight.
