Dear Dr., I have been suffering from piles for the past few days. I had taken some prescribed medicine for 10 days, which provided temporary relief, but the pain and discomfort have returned after stopping the medication. (The photograph of the area is attached for you reference. Currently, the pain in the affected area is intense, making it difficult for me to sit properly or cough with full pressure. Additionally, it has become very uncomfortable and challenging to use the restroom. I have already stopped consuming spicy and junk food, but I would greatly appreciate your guidance on the proper medication or treatment plan that could help me get rid of this condition quickly.
