I have been diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism before 3 months during regular health checkup. Now I got married before one week. Whether this issue will affect the chance of getting pregnancy?

It depends on what the levels of TSH are and what is the cause of hypothyroidism. Would recommend getting thyroid antibodies to determine cause and recheck thyroid levels to assess for changes , to decide if medicine is necessary or not.
