Subchronic healing

I was diagonized by sub chronic collection from 12 week and i was hospitized and was in bed rest for 1 month now i am 21 week now the collection has healed now can i walk and do my daily activity stand for long period can you give me the answer please

You can do your routine activities. Try to avoid strenuous activities like weight lifting,excercise ,intercourse etc
