Subchorionic hemorrhage

I am 33 years old. I am 11+6 days pregnant. I have subchorionic hemorrhage at the lower edge of placenta. Size is around 9.1 X 5 mm. Placenta position is anterior fundal. I am taking duphaston 10 mg twice daily. I am not taking bed rest as I am a working woman. I have cut down my physical activity as much as possible.
