Hello i am 11 weeks pregnant i am suffering from subchorionic hemorrhage from week 5 earlier the size of the hametoma was 1.6cm now it has increased to 3 cm baby is doing ok. What to do i am also taking bed rest and injections and all i don't know what else i can do it can i change side during bed rest please tell me i am really worried
