I face difficulty breathing, hrct thorax reveals not one but FEW SUBCENTIMETRIC LYMPH NODES IN PRE TRACHEAL AND PRE CARINAL REGIONS others all normal are subcentimetric nodes serious ,is it causing obstruction , are subcwntimetric nodes to be worried about what should be done .

These lymph nodes are small, and  may not cause such symptoms. May be some other cause.pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.

Normally subcentimetric nodes will not cause any symptoms, symptoms may be due to parenchymal involvement or due to allergic or other aetiology, obstruction with such small Lymph nodes is highly insignificant, please consult if symptoms worsen
