I m 7 week pregnant.....after ultrasound found 1.92*1.69 sub sarosal myoma in the anterior wallof uterus....is it harmful.... what it's significance

It is subserosal fibroid and size is very small so no need to worry.If size is increasing then sometimes it will cause abortion.So get done ultrasonography after one month to know the size of fibroid.
